Since our 20 year anniversary, which we were thrilled to celebrate back in February, our Managing Director, Julie Twist, has been featured on the BBC. Julie spoke about the dramatic growth of the Manchester property market, which shows no sign of stopping.

The last six months have seen sales and rental agreements soaring, leading to a lack of supply to keep up with demand. In her own words, Julie said: “Some people are panic buying to get on to the property ladder and enjoy the capital growth”.

Julie has been a fixture on the panel since our success at the Estate Agency of the Year Awards in 1995, and we are proud that our history and knowledge of the business is reflected in this important role. Furthermore, she has been shortlisted for the Natwest Businesswoman of the Year Award.
